#1: Shout in your mind 

Everytime laziness tries to consume you, shout in your mind at yourself. It goes thus:

7:00 am: WAKE UP, IT’S TIME TO ROCK

9:00 am: GOTTA ROLL THE SCHOOL FLOOR

12:00 pm: SUN’S ON MY HEAD, I AIN’T DEAD

4:00 pm: AWESOME DAY TODAY… BUT THE DAY HASN’T ENDED

#2: Exercise

Instant way to feel energized: exercise. Just do a few push-ups and few sit-ups or do a little jogging. It refreshes your mind, and you feel newly awakened.


#3: Caffeine 

Caffeine is a good source of energy. It gives you the much needed energy exactly at the time when you need it. But, don’t over use caffeine… Your sleeping might get affected.

Listen to any of your favorite metal, rock, jazz, music to refreshen yourself.
